Col. Donald Gagliano, MD is a senior science advisor and leads scientific review of global business development opportunities and strategic initiatives in Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals, Health IT and Surgical innovations for vision care. He has served at the CEO level of leadership as the Commander of a directed energy research laboratory, Commander of three hospitals, and Commander of the combat medical brigade.

Luis Baco is a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Bacó is a Senior Vice President at Capitol Hill Consulting Group and International Policy Solutions. Prior, Luis served as Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Jenniffer González-Colón in the U.S. House of Representatives. He was the Congresswoman's chief policy advisor and oversaw the legislative efforts leading to Puerto Rico's recovery in the aftermath of the devastating hurricanes of 2017. He was responsible for shaping the overall strategic vision of the Congresswoman's healthcare, economic development, energy, and foreign affairs agenda.

George Bickerstaff

 

Mr. Paul McElearney is a founding member and Board member. Mr. McElearney advises clients on international development and financing. Mr. McElearney works with global leaders in business, government, and non-profits to enable greater collaboration on new projects and initiatives, and assist in the leverage and alignment of resources to maximize economic growth.  Mr. McElearney contributes to business development activities at the Clinton Global Initiative.  

Mr. Bickerstaff is a Board member and advisor on strategic projects. Mr. Bickerstaff is currently a Managing Director of M.M. Dillon & Co., LLC, which he joined in 2005. George has held senior leadership positions in companies within the financial services, healthcare, industrial, and information technology sectors. He has deep expertise in the biotechnology, investment banking, information services, and pharmaceutical industries within these sectors.  

Keith Seaman

 

Mr. Keith Seaman, is Chief Innovation Officer and former assistant deputy chief information officer at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Former VMware’s (NYSE: VMW) public sector team as chief technology executive for healthcare. The 28-year veteran leads the firm and its clients to promote the use of information technology programs in innovative health service delivery.
